Bracketify was my first ever NodeJS project, but it covered so many different areas including:
- WebSockets
- Angular
- Testing
I created V1 during the summer before my freshman year of high school and ended up "live coding" the entire process, which helped me gain guidance from the broader community.
After v1, I still figured I wanted to change some things up, so I ended up creating v2 and live streaming that process as well. This second iteration was a bit less buggy and focused more on the community aspect of things, so it made everything reload in real time, added a likes feature, and a few other social features.
